Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your last item. You can submit a return request via your account or by contacting us at office@xtendbenelux.com.

Our Return Window

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of your order. Items must be unused and have the original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please send your return to:

Please include your invoice inside the package.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return (within 14 days), you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
