Shipping within the Netherlands is free on all orders. For other European countries, shipping is free on orders over €100; below €100 we charge €4.95.

Ordered before 3:00 PM? Then your order is shipped the next day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in our Shipping Policy.

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to office@auclaireurope.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

All orders can be returned within 30 days. Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
